A room with a view

Just across the stairs on the second floor of the French Castle at Old Fort Niagara is a slender room that holds a single foot locker and this window looking out over Lake Ontario. One moment both shutters were 'latched' closed and the next - one blew open. The colored glass and the view of the lake was just too much to pass up.
My friend who was with me that day took another shot with both shutters open that was pretty, too.
