FFC: Deja Vu Challenge

I chose to do the Fire Breather from the original Circus Threads challenge. I know it's not extravagant and big but I was think practical with a pop. The liquids used in performing with fire like to drip and spray so big volume clothes are an ER trip waiting to happen.

I stuck with reds because of the effect of fire light on the color. It makes the performer look as though they are surrounded by flame. It is a gradient dye going from deep red to light and I was thinking that a brand of flame retardant (FR) fabric (such as Nomex) would be best. It's lightweight like cotton and comes in many colors but it has a higher rating then regular cotton with added FR.
The gold accents are all metal; including the top (had a Princess Leia flashback on that one) which would be fitted just to that performer. Yes, those are coins on her hips. I love how they sound when performers move and catch the light too.
The black would be leather (except for the earrings). Deep red crystals bead the connectors to the sleeves and down the back.
I kept the shoes white to signify that they would be flesh tone to give the appearance of being bare foot.
